Purchase Package (3 month search)
Services included: £500 (non refundable) set up fee which is deductable from overall fee of 1% of the purchase price payable on exchange of contracts.

- Short listing of properties and accompanied viewings arranged.
- Basic information report and areas tour.
- Negotiation of purchase price.
- Quotes and instructions for solicitors/mortgage brokers/removals/furniture storage.
- Coordinating all of the above for a smooth move.
- Change of address notifications.
- Regular and convenient updates - email, phone, letter etc.
Sale & Purchase Package (3 month search)
Includes all of the above services plus: £500 (non refundable) set up fee which is deductable from overall fee of 2% of the purchase price payable on exchange of contracts.
- Advice on the best approach to selling property.
- De-clutter and arranging storage if required.
- Arranging selling agents to market the property.
- Working with the agent to encourage pro-active sale.
Basic Rental Package (3 month search)
Services included: £500 Set up fee + 1 months rent payable on signing of contracts.
- Consultation to establish requirements.
- Sourcing suitable properties on behalf of client.
- Short listing of properties and accompanied appointments arranged.
- Quote and instruction for removals and storage.
- Change of address notifications.
- Regular and convenient updates - email, phone, letter etc.
